Winter Heating Tariff

Due to the rising cost of energy, between 1st October to 31st March we have introduced a heating tariff. The cost is £2.50 per day, per unit, in addition to the daily Boarding rates.

Treatments

If your cat presents with any of the following:

Flea treatment - £10 for the treatment plus, £15 for disinfecting the suite.

Worming treatment - £10 for the treatment plus, £15 for disinfecting the suite.

Please Note:

We operate a 3 day minimum stay.

On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day we charge double fees.

In order to keep our costs down, which enables us to pass on the benefits to you, we only accept payment by cash or direct bank payment.

Fees must be paid in full prior to, or on, arrival.

You will be charged from the arrival date, regardless of arrival time. All prices include, heating, standard food menu and any administering of medications.

Day of departure is charged in full regardless of departure time.
